Baldino's Lock & Key, Reston

I'm a Realtor and don't have time to waste running back and forth to make sure key copies work at homes for my clients or potential home buyers. Baldino's consistently makes keys that work. If this is the standard they set, I'm sure all their other products are of high value as well.

I lost my ignition key for my Honda car. Called a few car dealers for a replacement key. They had them but their price was outrageous. Called Baldino’s of Reston and they fixed me up with a replacement key at a reasonable price. They were friendly and courteous and quick. I will never go back to a car dealership again for a replacement key. Thanks Baldino’s.

Took a bit for the fob to come in but the service was fabulous and compared to the dealership, you cannot beat the price! #shoplocal

Made two key copies today. When I handed i asked if they could be copied and what it would cost. Next thing I know he already making copies of the keys. He finished quite quickly but to my dismay one of the keys was speciality and costed me $28 vs $7 for the other key. If he had told me the prices beforehand I would’ve said no the speciality key.

Stopped by the store twice in 6 months to have keys duplicated . Both times the owner was surly and rude by not even thanking me for my business. Once maybe us a bad day , ok … But twice? Stay away. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated.
