They took great care in our planning, white-gloving every aspect of the process. During construction, both Synergy and their onsite contractors took our feedback to adjust things as needed. They even set us up with the equipment necessary so a family of four (with a toddler and a dog) could function without a kitchen and dining room—which was no small feat. It was the small stuff and the big stuff. The whole experience from end to end was unmatched. I can only liken it to the type of personal care and forethought that you get from a 5-star hotel or restaurant. I enthusiastically recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for our next project.

We chose to work with Synergy because it is a woman-owned business with a talented in-house design staff. The design team were great listeners, creative and detail-oriented. They helped us throughout the entire design process, including the myriad of decisions needed to complete the design. The construction team was incredibly precise and responsive, and the quality of the finished carpentry work is outstanding. They kept us apprised of where we stood on the schedule and finished on time. Their efforts to keep dust out of the rest of our home were very much appreciated. Synergy is the best of the best. Our home remodel—main and upper levels—was hands-down the best experience we've ever had under construction. From start to finish, communication was flawless, and our project manager was always accessible and on top of every detail. The design team was incredibly patient, sharp, and responsive to every idea we threw their way. The carpentry crew was exceptionally talented, hardworking, and were great at making adjustments in the field—they showed up every single day and didn't stop until the job was done.
