Josh did a great job with our water heater! He gave us a fair price and the product was excellent. More importantly, when there was a small issue nine months later and we reached out to him, he got back with us that night and was at our house early the next morning where he promptly fixed the problem. I got a quick response from Josh after my initial outreach. He came in the next day and saw a major issue with a badly leaking pipe that he able to fix within a few hours. I have had several emergency calls and surgical centers that need to be absolutely sterilized. He has come in and done work. You could never tell that he was there, and it was always cleaner when he left from his arrival.
