Baldino's Lock & Key, Vienna

I'm very grateful for Baldino's help today--I needed to repair or replace my backdoor lock. Fortunately, Baldino's was able to provide me same-day service and the technician had the lock repaired and working like new in no time. I've used them before and their service is always excellent. 📌 I have had trouble here in the past. Store hours were erratic. Often I would come by and the store would be closed. They were not keeping regular, posted, store hours. Sometimes a note would be on the locked door saying “Back in 10 minutes.” Staff turnover appeared to be high. Service would often be surly on top of it. It has been several years since I last used Baldino’s in Vienna for making keys. Today I was working on preparing a house to list nearby and out of location convenience on this hot day I decided to take my chances getting a couple keys made there in the early afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised finding the store open and friendly service. All the keys made there for me over the years have worked. Never had a failure.

Ethan was a great help and stayed a bit after his closing time while helping me. We will be back.

Very fast and knowledgeable about keys and locks. They were able to copy Yamaha moped keys in 5 mins and charged less than 15 dollars which is significantly cheaper than the dealer. Highly recommend. They also have very friendly service.

The two men working the counter were great. I needed a new lock cylinder for my garage door. They keyed it to my existing house key, provided accurate installation instruction, and made me a key for the lock. Excellent service and the right expertise.
