We hired Baldo Builders to add a second bathroom in our basement. We couldn’t be any more happier with the end results. Willy was honest and reasonable with his pricing, he had great communication with us and listened to our wants regarding this project, took his time to answer any questions or concerns we had and most importantly he finished this project on time which we were super happy about! But what truly sets them apart was their attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked, and their work reflected a level of care and precision that exceeded our expectations. Baldo Builders converted our unfinished, concrete slab of a basement into the most premium room in our house. We needed a complete renovation of our basement, including floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing, and electrical. After consulting several companies, we really liked Willy's vision for the space and his clear interest in the project. He took a partially finished space and some of the unfinished and turned it into a new bedroom, living space/office, kitchenette, and bathroom. He encountered some unfortunate results of DIY from previous owners, and handled each item professionally. He always showed us the situation and explained the problem as well as keeping us updated on any changing costs. The overall results are fantastic.
