Baldosa Tile

We had Carlos and his crew out to do our shower and bathroom with white subway tile. They were very meticulous and did a great job. I was surprised that took so long, but the two-man crew was working hard the whole time and everything turned out great. They were able to advise us on certain aspects as to what would look best and suggest some things we hadn't thought of. We were going to install ourselves a vinyl plank floor as part of the project, but they asked if we wanted them to do it and suggested we add a cement board backer to the floor. They did a great job on that, too. It's all the little things that can make a remodel frustrating or not, and Baldosa did a great job with the details.

Baldosa tile replaced some carpet in our home with hardwood. They were easy to talk to and communicate with. They were on time with doing the job and quick with doing it. And the flooring turned out beautiful! I'm very happy with their service.

The morning of the appt. for an estimate, I had to send a reminder to Carlos of our appt. He was 30 minutes late. I understand people run behind, so it was not a big deal. After he came to my house, he said I would have an estimate by the end of the day. 15 days later, I reached out to Carlos and he said he was out of town but he would get me an estimate by the end of the day. I called him the next day as I did not hear back from him and he did not pick up. I then sent him a follow-up text message a week later and he did not respond. Over the next 10 days, I tried calling and texting him for an estimate but he did not pickup my phone calls or respond to my texts. I am happy we did not do business with him as he is not responsive and does not arrive on-time.

My experience with Baldosa tile was very rewarding. I had previously worked with baldosa tile and have witnessed their quality customer service and excellent product. I would highly recommend choosing baldosa tile for whatever tile work that needs to be done in your home.
