Stay clear from this company. They are very unprofessional and will curse you out over the phone instead of trying to resolve an issue that they caused. I just listened to my husbands phone call with the owner and it was very unprofessional and he refused to offer any remedy to fixing our driveway where his driver backed up and cracked it after being told not to back in on driveway.

Horrible customer service! After speaking with a salesman and specifically telling him to let the driver know not to back on my driveway, that is just what they did. When the Salesman and I spoke on the phone, I told him that I would rather the driver not back on my driveway that we have a Georgia buggy and can meet him at the road if he can call me when he gets here. I look out my window when I hear reverse beeping from a truck and sure enough they had backed on the driveway already. When I went out there, I noticed a major crack just in front of the truck where the concrete had been separated And sunk. I called to order 40 yards of concrete they put me on the books for Saturday. Nick was my salesman he responded immediately, he gave me a competitive price and followed up. They moved my concrete up a day because the forecast of horrible weather for the next 7 days threatened to delay my job. Rex was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to the pumping company and the concrete finishing company. I had a hard time getting the concrete, the line pump, the finishers and the weather all available since hurricane Delta in October 2020. I never thought I could be so happy to get concrete. Thank you to you and your great team for helping to make that happen!!!
