We are very happy with our privacy fence. It's much nicer to look at than our previous view. It was a very easy process from getting the quote to the site visit to the installation. The crew that installed it was friendly, respectful, and quick.

Absolutely wonderful company to work with! John, Maureen, and their crew did an amazing job. Fence technology has come a long way and Balland is on the cutting edge. My only complaint is considering doing it myself and not reaching out sooner!

You get what you pay for! In todays throwaway culture, too much is lost on quality work. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a fence installed. I've used them in my professional career, and most recently at my residence. We had a 4 foot vinyl coated chain link fence with gates installed in February. They were extremely easy to work with start to finish. Showed up when they said they would for the pre inspection and work, and did a great job. Everything is laser straight, and tight to the house. We also were in midst of a thaw and the yard was mud, but you'd never know they were here. No damage or marks in my yard whatsoever. Don't look anywhere else! They may not always be the cheapest, but they have outstanding quality (with warranty), and their customer service is

Fence looks good but, their business rules are not customer friendly. They required a 50% no refundable deposit before they would visit the site to give me a demolition quote. Or I could pay a non refundable $150 to pay for a site visit to provide a quote. I have never had to either guarantee that I will hire a contractor (with a financial commitment) or pay for an estimate before I knew the cost of the work. I would not due business with them again.

Our experience with Balland Fence Company was exceptional. Everyone from the owner, to the office staff, to the installation crew provided excellent communication and customer support. I was especially impressed with the lead for the installation crew who was respectful, careful about our property and efficient. But, mostly, I loved that when I asked him a question, he actually gave me his thoughts. Today, everyone is so afraid to say anything, that most contractors say "it's up to you". Well, I don't have hundreds of fences under my belt, so his input was just what I needed. The fence was installed so quickly and it is beautiful. Kudos to Balland!
