Excellent service! My furnace failed to function properly this morning. I placed a call at 8:15 am and Austin and Larry were here by 11:30 am to service it. The issue was resolved in no time. Turns out that a mouse had made its way into the vent pipe and got stuck in the motor. They got that critter out of the motor, reinstalled it and the unit functioned properly! This saved me some money, they could have easily replaced it costing me hundreds of dollars, but their honesty and integrity was above reproach. I’m highly recommending Chalks to everyone I know. Thanks guys I’m very grateful and I will definitely call on you for future services.

Our boiler died and we went through Chalk's for the replacement. We had no heat for this duration of time, but chalks left space heaters with us to keep us warm until they could get to us. My husband and I recently had issues with our furnace. Within 20 minutes of calling, Larry arrived to inspect our furnace and troubleshoot issues, even offering temporary space heaters to keep the house warm. We ended up replacing the furnace.
