Had a quick need for service at the house snd Sydney got them here the next day! Chris and Zach were very knowledgeable and figured out the best way to get the jobs done. They were so good and neat and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend Ballard to anyone!

Tyler, from Ballard Plumbing Services, came to our home to help us with a leak that originated outside and ventured inside. He analysed the situation, and realizing it was going to be a bigger job than he expected. I respect his caution, as at least 4 other plumbing companies would not tackle the outside leak job. He came back the next day with Zach. The two had a game plan and went to work with confidence and efficiency. They were considerate and conscientious and ultimately resolved both the indoor and the outdoor leak. As if that wasn't enough, the office staff was so wonderful to work with, too! Had one of the plumbers out for an initial consultation and estimate for two leaky bathtub faucets, replacement of fixtures in both, replacement of one sink faucet, and adding on replacement of ball valve on water heater. The gentleman stated that the bathtub fixtures had to be Delta but any Delta would work. He was nice, but quick that day. My wife and I went out to purchase the fixtures so we would be out labor, and minimal materials. Initial estimate was $410 for the total package. Plumber said it'd be about $100 or so of that money to replace the ball valve on the water heater. Another plumber was scheduled to perform the work. Super fast service. I called and scheduled a service call for help with our pilot light on our gas logs. They were able to come out the next morning. The service guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. They worked quickly and got me all fixed up. It has worked perfectly since. Highly recommend them. Give them a call.
