Ballard's Septic Tank Services

Called around 1pm. By 330 Corey and Red had taken care of the issue. Great friendly service! They explained what had happened and educated me (by request) on what to look out for,seen as I’m new to septic systems. Definitely will be using them again in the future.

If you want to pay for a contract and get no service, they’re supposed to do quarterly checks then sign with these people they’re horrible. I’ve been calling them ever since I’ve moved in and saying I’m not getting my quarterly checks and I keep hearing them. Tell me we don’t have anybody we can’t do the quarterly checks the good people that used to work there and the only reason I stayed was because of Faith Faith left and so they lost me when they lost Faith. I could always depend on Faith to come out. If there was a problem she was very knowledgeable. She would educate us. Tell us things that the other people would never tell us and when You lost faith I lost faith in your business. I do not recommend them at all. Ballard came ,and installed a new system for me. Took one day to get done. Sherrie and Kandace super nice and answer many questions I had. Wes came gave Me a quote, and had it done in four days. Corey,and Red pumped old tanks, funny guys, but good. 6-10 person crew showed up.listened to my wishes, good job Had minor bolt problem called Sherri and Kandace, they got nice employee out, fixed

We had wonderful service today. Red and Dot were super friendly and very helpful. They worked very fast and did a great job. It was a great experience. Will always recommend Ballards in the future.

Red, Kenney, Keshawn, and Jesus did a good job on our septic tank replacement. They were punctual and communicated with us on everything. They were all very friendly and professional as well! Jesus was the initial person to recommend us with Ballard so we’re thankful for that as well!
