Joe and Andrew were great to work with. They found matching hardwood flooring for me, provided a fair estimate. They also worked around my closing of a new house so they could install quickly before I moved in. The installers were wonderful. Professional, excellent quality, kept me informed along the way and also cleaned up. The communication from everyone was great. A lot of follow up to ensure the details of the project. Plus quick response to e mails as well. Highly recommend and will use again for next project.

What an incredible business. They always answer the phone, emails, and online contact form. Their showroom has tons of samples, of which you can take home and test out in the space. There is a bonus playroom for kids, too! Craig was our main point of contact- very responsive, made great recommendations, and called the 2 nights before installation to confirm the time the installers would arrive. Bob did our estimate. He gave us honest advice and prices of us doing the work vs. then doing the work. Very kind and customer-focused. Answered all of our questions. Transparent and fair pricing process. Kyle and Damian showed up right on time for installation. They were friendly, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. They listened to our requests and the final result was reflected that.

I cannot recommend Ballston Spa Carpet and Tile enough. They were phenomenal to deal with from the moment I first walked in to talk about my project. They didn’t pressure me and was there for any questions I had. The install went incredibly smooth and the installers were fantastic. Professional but friendly. I will NEVER go to a big box store or anywhere for my flooring. Pictures do not do this floor justice. Everybody that comes in just loves it! I love it!!! Highly recommend Ballston Carpet!!

They did an awesome job ripping up old carpet and putting down new floors in our home but the best part was how nice and accommodating they were to our schedule. We even needed something additional at the end that we noticed and they came out and fixed it free of charge. Really appreciate all their work
