My realtor recommended Banes, but still did my research and got 3 separate quotes. Banes was in the middle, but competitive pricing. Plus they have been in business over 50 years and have a GAF master elite certification. The crew was fast and they left my property spotless. I'm so happy with my beautiful new roof & gutters! We needed to replace our 30 year old roof. We received numerous quotes and Banes Roofing had the most reasonable quote. They were referred to us by my son in law whose colleague used to work for Banes. We really liked the way they made sure our property was protected from any damage while replacing the roof. The crew was fantastic, they cleaned everything up beautifully. Dave and Greg were terrific, answered all our questions and made us feel 100% sure we made the right decision by choosing Banes Roofing. Plus this company is very involved in the local community and they also have a program with GAF called Roofs For Troops that provides a rebate to active military and veterans.

Banes Roofing made my Roofing selection process very easy. The one thing I was very uneasy about was how much wood decking I could possibly need which would increase the cost of the project. I only had so much $ to work with. Banes was the only company that gave me a true idea of what that cost would look like & eased my concerns. The roof was done quickly & knowing they have been in the business for 70 years drove my decision to choose them. Also, the warranty that backs their product & install was a must & I'm soooo thankful to be resting easy under my new roof. I no longer cringe when I hear rain or snow in our forecast. Honestly it was a true pleasure.

From the first call, to meeting with Jon, the estimator, to the crew arrival and working with Greg the project manager, the customer service from this company has been excellent. Everything they said would take place did, exactly as they stated. They are excellent at managing expectations. The product quality and the workmanship on the installation of my beautiful new blue roof on my house and my garage are just as I had hoped for. The clean up of the debris from the old roof was amazingly thorough. Both Jon and Greg Were very personable. I appreciated the conversation Greg and I shared upon the final inspection . If you are looking for unsurpassed customer service, quality installation at a good price, stop searching! You found the roofing company you are looking for.
