Banks is a full service window and door shop. They have a wide selection of brands on multiple levels of quality. I worked with Nikki to put together a set of windows for a job and she has been a pleasure to work with. Besides supplying windows, Banks also installs and services windows and doors. They service both commercial and residential clients. They are contractor friendly and a go-to supplier.

I’m a painting contractor in Groveland and have worked around Banks Glass in passing as well as painted their installed window trims many times, but have never been a direct customer until recently. A hawk dive-bombed our front picture window in an attempt to snatch one of our small dogs lazing on the couch inside. Fortunately for us the hawk only broke the outside pane (and didn’t get the dog), but we still had a large panel broken in many pieces. We expected to replace the entire window. From the start the Banks Team was professional and courteous, and they had a tech out to look at the damage within a day or two. Even better, rather than be advantageous to our situation they informed us that we could actually replace just that pane at a fraction of the price of a new full window! Th

Amazing and effortless customer experience! I walked into Banks Glass with fingers crossed hoping for some advice on replacing a piece of glazing bead. Less than 10 minutes later I was leaving with a custom cut length of the glazing bead and a can of glass cleaner, all given to me on the house. The shop manager, Ryan, provided some of the best customer service I have ever received, sending me on my way with a simple, “keep us in mind!” Banks Glass clearly empowers their employees to give amazing experiences like mine, and they have earned another loyal customer.
