Great experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our mini split install that was done. From the initial assessment to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Jacob and his team are top notch. Jacob and his team installed two condensers and 4 mini split heads at our residence. I really appreciated that Jacob takes the time to explain the nuances of how the systems operate and it really helped me understand the benefits of the systems prior to purchase. Jacob is also a man of utmost integrity, when a minor error occurred with the disposal of our old heater he made it right without hesitation. In a world where it is scary to trust someone with such a large investment I am truly happy we chose Jacob. His team led by Brian also came up with a creative solution to placing our condensers on a sloped portion of our property. They built retaining walls to safely place the condensers which was ingenious and also saved us money from having to install wall

Installed our Mitsubishi split which worked really well for first two years till a circuit board failed. Performance responded quickly. Still under warranty but the part was back ordered. Jacob kept us informed. A little frustrated with Mitsubishi not stocking replacement parts.

My AC unit stopped working so I called Performance Based heat and air. I spoke with Jacob late in the afternoon and to my surprise he was able to come out the next morning. When Jacob and his son arrived they went right to work and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this family business.
