Banna Home and Property Inspections

We used Banna Home & Property Inspection when purchasing our home, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Tom was fantastic and extremely thorough, getting us scheduled right away. He offers a wide range of services, including radon testing. Tom guided us through every step of the process and carefully explained all the results. We had the inspection report next day. I generally am too lazy to write reviews, but I needed to share my experience with Banna construction. I was in a crisis situation and needed to have an inspection done with the next 24 hours. Nobody else would even return my call, but Banna construction took my call at 2AM on a Saturday night and immediately showed up on the location and had the inspection done before 6AM the next day. He left no stone unturned. Ask for Tommy to do your inspection. He even brought me coffee and doughnuts!

Tom was excellent, fast response time, easy to schedule with and was very informative. His home inspection was very thorough and easy to follow. We had the report the very next day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection and would use his company again.

Tom was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough and went into depth on everything with me personally and professionally. He provided me with my report less than 24 hours after the inspection! The report itself is very user friendly and breaks the report down into sections for you. He took the time to go over the inspection and answered all my questions and concerns himself. Very personable and on time. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future! Also, his prices are extremely reasonable and upfront. The portal is also super user friendly and very nice format!
