Barber & Deline Water Well

Used to be a great place to do business, have dealt with Bill and Eva many years ago, Wonderful people and business. Unfortunately current owners now have adapted to the new way of doing business, Gouge your customers for as much money as you can squeeze out of them!!. I called them to replace a well cap and to repair a scraped wire, did not ask for an estimate because I trusted them as a 30+ year customer. They stopped by, repaired wire and installed new cap, 1/2 hour total. I was shocked to receive a 562.00 bill for a simple round metal cap (125.00 to arrive at house, AND 125.00 more for labor, 175.00 for cap (exact cap online available for $60) AND $100 for misc fittings??, (what fittings?). Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company as the current owners do not operate this busine

Roger and Eric came with their drilling rig and worked the whole day to drill down 198 feet. They found plenty of water and had it hooked up a few days later. The actual job was $10,000 less than the original estimate because they charge less when they hit bedrock (after driling 20 feet they hit it) and no need for expensive casing in bedrock. They did everything we asked them to do and they did it in a courteous and professional manner. Becky at the office was a goldmine of information and we were very pleased with their expert services. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a team who knows what they are doing.

They were extremely nice on the phone for my emergency. They arrived promptly for my emergency and had a print out of the work that was done on my well from years past. The men were courteous and very professional. We were very happy with their services and highly recommend them.

After trying for months to get them to come up and look at my well, I was finally told that they have a truck down and it won't be worth their time to come up to my place. They only have one person who can do the scheduling and she is horrible at returning phone calls. Great way to turn away business.
