Royal Fiberglass Pools were very good to do Business with. We talked with 3 other Pool companies and they said we could not put it in the spot we wanted. Samuel and his crew did a outstanding job!

The pool installation crew is awesome! They did a great job and were great to work with. However, the customer service at the location and maintenance department is pretty awful - always feel like I am inconveniencing them for calling or asking questions or for help. They always take down a message and say they will get back to me and never do - it is super frustrating, and have put a really bad taste in our mouth with the company after the initial installation. I think this is the first time I have ever left a review about a company, not someone to normally do this, but it really has been frustrating after the install.

I give Royal Fiberglass Pools a 5 star rating for the entire experience. This is a very professional, knowledge and friendly company to deal with, a true pleasure! I found Royal Fiberglass Pools on a google search this summer (2018). They were my third quote, because their price made sense we decided to go with them. I am about 176 miles away from Tully NY, due to the distance my interaction with Royal Fiberglass Pools was done by phone/e-mail throughout the entire process. Good people, computer system analysis while you wait of salt and traditional chlorine pool samples, pool supplies available too. Do talk to them if you want a fiberglass pool installed.

They are an amazing company. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool guys who installed the pool became some of our good friends during that time. My brother was little at the time and they allowed him to dig right along side them. Highly recommend no liner pools as well.
