John's done superior Inspection work on my behalf on multiple properties. He's reliable, organized and thorough, finding all sorts of important details I would have never discovered. His inspections SAVED me money, by heading off potentially disastrous real estate investments I was ready to make. He's also a pleasant guy to work with as well as a great teacher. Tagging along during his inspection taught me things about my property-to-be that I'll be well-served by knowing.
