Luis and his team remediated some mold in our basement. The price was fair, the work was excellent, and Luis was available and communicative throughout. I called him on a Saturday to come take a look and he was at the house within 30 minutes. He explained the problem, talked through solutions, and got right to fixing the issue. Highly recommend!

Luis and his team went above and beyond! We had a chimney fire that caused a lot of water damage. Boston Restoration Solutions came to my house within a half hour of calling. They set up dehumidifiers and air purifiers. They cleaned everything and removed all the fire damage. They were quick and professional. Luis was in constant contact every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Wow, can't say enough good things about Luis Mendes and his services at Boston Restoration Solutions Inc. We recently were referred to him when we had to have a very elderly oil tank replaced. We had a small pinhole sized leak and that caused an odor of heating oil in the basement. Luis was able to install a great air filtration system that removed all odors of the oil out of the basement, so that you'd never know we had replaced the tank. Thank you for your clear description of the process and your dedication to make this air clean up complete, even on a weekend!
