I didn’t think they could look this good again. They worked quickly, were professional, and got out tough spots. This company does not stick to what they tell you. I had my stairs and living room "cleaned" when I woke up the next day after the supposed "drying time" the carpet and stairs were still wet and also smelly and when I turned the lights on I was horrified to see dirt streaks all the way down the stairs and multiple areas on livingroom carpet that had not even been touch by the cleaner, I usually dont do reviews but this got me so upset. Now today was suppose to have been a RETOUCH at 9a.m he calls me at 8:50 to say he won't be here until 10 I had rearranged my schedule to have this done😡 Now I have to find ANOTHER more PROFESSIONAL company and spend EXTRA money to have my carpet RECLEANED!! BY PASS THIS COMPANY AND GET IT DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT... 0 ⭐️s
