Wow! My house appearance has dramatically been enhanced. Replacing the 1978 Pella casement windows with double hung windows was originally to be a two-step process beginning with the second story this year and the main floor next year; however, one week after my phase one installation was completed, I contacted my sales agent, Jason K., to inform him I would like to complete the project this year. Anna has been wonderful to work with in coordinating the installations, providing continuous updates, and answering any questions. Adam K., Chase L., and Junior T. who completed the main floor windows today are a tremendous asset to this company. Their professionalism and craftsmanship have helped transform my house into a home.
