⭐️ 1 Star Review: Extremely Disappointed With Barbosa Cabinets I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Barbosa Cabinets deserves a warning to others. The quality was shockingly poor. The construction was low grade, the craftsmanship was sloppy, and there was zero attention to detail. Several cabinets were installed backwards, the staining looked cheap and uneven, and the overall finish felt like something you would find at a swap meet for a fraction of the price. To make things worse, the customer service was nonexistent. Once they got the sale, they disappeared. There was no follow up, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. This review is zero stars. We bought a new Pulte home where they used this company for cabinets. You can see the quality of cabinets they installed in the pictures attached (these are just few of the issues). There are nail gun marks, texture, scratches and protruding nails in several places. The soft close is faulty and paint is also off in many places. Please note we paid extra for “upgrades”. We raised a work order to fix this in April. This is still pending as none of the technicians are available to finish the job, and we can only get an appointment once a month on the day that they dictate. No one cares about customer’s availability. They also take forever to reply to emails and don’t provide a phone number either. We had a no-show once and when they did show up the technician fin

I absolutely love my cabinets installed by Barbosa but it’s a little ridiculous that I can’t get a can of spray paint to fix little issues. This is not acceptable. It’s like buying a car and 2 years later after the 1 year warranty ends that they tell you they can’t sell you a replacement door handle or window or even service it. I had Barbosa design and build my cabinets 18 years ago. 0 problems with the cabinets and look as they did when installed. Will use them if I ever need cabinets built.

For better quality and customer service, go somewhere else.
