I switched to using his company after my old company was bought out by a giant and their service and customer reviews has declined. Chris did the best cleaning and pump out job I have ever had. We bought an old house in Monroe, and the septic needed a lot of work. We have tried five different local septic installation and service companies in the three years since, and Barcello is the only one to impress enough to warrant a review. They're better than the rest and simply because they do what they ought to. The other guys ghosted us for months after giving us a quote. The other guys don't respond to emails or calls. When the other guys do communicate, it's confused and contradictory. When we bought a brand new septic tank from the other guys, they didn't install it to code. Having had less than ideal experiences with a number of septic companies, I asked friends for references when I needed my tank pumped recently and Barcello & Son Septic was highly recommended. This is a family run business and you will deal with the owners. Chris was prompt and professional. Not only did he clean out the tank, he took the time to assess the state of my septic system and explain what I can do to ensure its longevity. He even took the time to sprinkle grass seed and hay around the disturbed soil when he was done. His prices are very reasonable. There may be cheaper companies out there but they aren't much less expensive and you won't get anything approximating Chris' service. I cannot say enough to recommend Barcello & Son Septic.
