Gary is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with an emphasis on thorough. He spent close to eight hours total over the course of two days inspecting the home we were purchasing. Everything was photographed and notated in the report with specific information about why something was an issue, the severity, and how to resolve it. We received a complete to-do list with step-by-step instructions on what repairs and maintenance the home would need. That being said, that level of thoroughness takes time. If you are looking to close on your home quickly, plan accordingly and schedule well in advance.

This is my first time buying a home and Gary walked me through every aspect of the home inspection.
