From the first meeting with John to discuss the project and request a quote, we had no doubt that this was the roofing contractor that we would use. In any construction project, three things are of primary importance: materials, workmanship and trust in the contractor. Reliable Metal Roofing advertises their "Traditional Family Values" and their "Commitment to Excellence". We found that these are not just words on an advertisement, they are the essence of this family business. In this day and age of the normalization of deception and the decline in work ethics, it is refreshing to find a group of people, from the owner to the guys on the roof, with the principles that we used to expect. We recommend Reliable Metal Roofing without hesitation or condition.
These guys are skilled and hard working roofers. It was over the course of 3 days they transformed my house and it looks awesome and more importantly it will last longer than my lifetime. I would definitely hire these guys again.
Reliable was the best price around out of the 4 quotes I received, and after the roof was finished, I am very pleased with the results of our new standing seam metal roof. From John getting us a quote, to the crew that put the roof on(even replaced decking and some joists that were rotten and bowed once they got everything off), everyone was very professional, recommended the best way to proceed with what they found underneath our 50 year old home's roof and did an awesome job. If you are in need of a new roof, these are they guys to do it. I will always recommend Reliable to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced! I already love the sound of rain on the new metal roof!
