Every step from considering ordering from them to finished product was nothing but excellent! We are the kind of people that do our homework. Middle class Americans without a ton of money so try to spend it wisely. We ask lots of questions prior to committing to order the doors. And the entire time there was enough we never felt as though we were being pushed or rushed that our questions were valuable. They were answered fully. This entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The doors are beautiful. They were way less cost than they multiple other places we had checked they have a better R value.
