Massie Heating and Air Conditioning

Gave us several options for the air conditioner that they had in stock to chose from and they offered sound advice. We did have some issues with the ductwork and had to hire someone else to fix the left side of our house. The air only was coming out of the right side of the house. The guys that did the work were nice and polite.

Massie Heating & Air Conditioning does a great job! Every time we have had a heating or air conditioner problem at Glass Enhancements in Rockford, IL, they have been quick to respond and to repair our issue!

Called in this company to look at AC issues for 2 units. They came the day after I called and able to fix both of the units on the same day. They went through proper procedure to diagnose before doing the fixes. I have used 2 separate companies previously that directly went for more Freon, compressor replacement without checking the leak and if the compressor is bad or not. Didn't feel they were trying to sell new unit. Looking forward to getting their help going forward.

Great communication right from the initial contact through to the end. They went through the options available for a new furnace and central air without the hard sell. Pricing was as expected. Install was great with the technician being very respectful of our home.

Came at 9:00am and out by 1:30. Great workers and very respectful and polite. They’re my go to for heating and air.😉👍♥️. We were burning up in this heat. Glad they came out when they said.
