I appreciated Jesse texting me 20 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. He inspected 2 attic areas, and explained what he saw, then outside around the perimeter and deck, then under the eaves of roof where he showed me possible entry areas in different locations where an animal seemed to make entry. He was very helpful and offered me various solutions. I will consider all options he sent, and make a decision soon. I appreciate his calm manner and all the options he recommended. Douglas was a great technician. My window was from 1 to 4 and he arrived at 12:45 PM which was much appreciated. He was polite and respectful to us and our property. Very knowledgeable of the inspection he was doing. Thank you to him for making the experience so quick, easy and understandable.

Switching to Barefoot has been a great decision! No problems with bugs, and we’ve been super impressed with the staff. We always get a text letting us know they’re on their way, super courteous interactions at our home (Dustin even helped us get our sneaky dog back in the house after he escaped!), and great value. Highly recommend!

Isaiah thank you for taking the time to knock my door and ask if everything is okay inside. I been with barefoot mosquito for about 3 years but last year with the previous reps no one asked if everything was okay inside, they only send a txt that will arrive at a time, and never knock my door. I was about to call the company to cancel services because of this.. but Isaiah came yesterday and did take the time to knock, to ask and to do services at my home, very nice, respectful and professional this company need more ppl like you.
