Highly recommend! We had a problem with our septic we discovered on Dec 23. They came right out on Christmas Eve and pumped our tank and figured out the problem. Great guys!

Chuck came today to service our septic. Very pleased with all aspects. Scheduling was easy and he called as asked to provide an eta. Other companies said 2 weeks out but these guys were here within 72 hours. First time using Barefoot and we will definitely be back. Thanks for the support.

Barefoot septic was great to work with. Great communication and PROMPT service when our tank needed to be pumped. Scott called me back on Sunday evening, not many would! Carl and Randy were very quick and cleaned up fast! Will definitely use again and recommend.

We needed our septic pumped so we called around to see who was available. One company never a answered or returned our calls, the other was 2 weeks out. Barefoot put us on the calendar for the next day, they were easy to work with. Carl and Lee came out and were amazing, they were very professional, fast, and extremely knowledgeable showing me spots where we need to keep an eye on for future problems. They then put us on a list for reminders in a few years to get it pumped again before its too late. Ryan and Ben came out to pump our tank, really nice and knowledgeable guys. There was a small schedule issue with our original date but I got a call a few days prior to reschedule and we found a date that worked for the following week. I am very pleased with Barefoot all around. The last time I had them out they uncovered my outlet cover which I was told I didn’t have by another company who couldn’t find it and barefoot identified a problem another company couldn’t find a few years back. They also put up with my questions and gave some really good practical feedback that was easy to understand. So far so good, I will be calling on Barefoot for any of my future septic needs. And I would recommend them to others without hesitation.
