Looked online to find some roofers to see where the leak was coming from, and as chance would have it, Sunset was the first place I called. The very nice receptionist said she would see who could come out and would call me back. She called back a few minutes later and informed me that Travis would stop by and take a look. Make sure if your getting roofing quotes you give Sunset a call. I had already received 3 other quotes for a complete tear off from other companies before calling Sunset. They were between 15K-25K. I had water coming in around the chimney and knew the roof was old. Travis was the only estimator to actually go onto the roof! By walking around the roof he determined there was no need to replace the roof at this time. Still was in fine shape! So he presented a plan to repair the issue with the water ingress issue with new flashing. We added some other repairs to the fascia boards. Rich and his crew of five from Ecuador did a complete home tear off plus replacement deck of the main dwelling roof. They also replaced our gazebo roof deck. This was done 14 months ago and is performing well. They properly improved details like soffit airflow vents, fascia and rake covers, some sub structure repair and ridge venting.
