Bark King Blower Truck Service

From the first couple phone calls to Bark King, I could tell customer service was more than just lip service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt the price was fair, and they didn’t try to nickle and dime me with charges for moving the truck or extra hose. I was lucky they had a cancelation and I got next day installation. The guys who did the installation were friendly and hard working. They had to hump 250’ of hose all over my hilly 1 acre lot. They even went back to the other side of the property when I pointed out an area I wanted more bark. The helper did a great job with the blower cleanup. I had planned to spend the afternoon cleaning up after them, which I was thrilled I didn’t need to do. Note they have 60yard and 40yard trucks. I got 45 yards so ended

Bark king is absolutely the real deal. The bark turned out so incredible. The application was done fast and they departed without even one single piece of bark out of place. Mind blowing. Highly recommend to friends, neighbors and our community. More than worth the investment.

A team of two guys blew in bark (mulch) at our house yesterday, taking two hours to do a job that would have taken me several days. They spread bark over a newly landscaped area with no bark and spread over areas with existing bark. Highly professional, courteous, and they cleaned up afterwards with a leaf blower. Looks amazing. Only downside was that the service is in high demand, so for me it took a month or two to go from initial scheduling to actually getting the service done. Would highly recommend this company!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never using Bark King again. Avoid at all cost! I placed an order to have 10 yards of bark delivered just like I had done in July of 2021. The person who took my order over the phone was nice and even mentioned how my file had some notes about possibly needing 15 yards on the next order. I didn't need 15 yards this time so I placed it for 10 and was told I'd get a call in a few weeks when they knew the delivery date. I get a call a few weeks later and am told that the only way they will deliver bark to me is if I order 20 yards, because in their words, "It doesn't make sense to drive that far out of the way for only 10 yards."
