Bill and his staff responded to my call the same morning in Stony Point NY. They quickly inspected the well pump and tested the power and switches and determined it was the pump. Bill took the time to explain the entire procedure and gave me a fair price. He even called in another crew to help get the water back on as quickly as possible. Everything was done in under 7 hours. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Bill and Chris came within hours after I called to check out a possible well pipe leak. Bill explained everything he was doing as he checked out the situation and offered additional advice about the possible cause of the water entering my basement. They left me with a pump to help get through the latest rain storm and offered to make themselves available any time for help. Bill checked back with me later in the day. Reasonable prices and prompt, responsive and polite service. Wells are something you don't want to ever think about, but if you need service or advice, Barmore is the right choice.

Barmore was scheduled to be at my house between 10am and 11am on May 23rd. At 11:30 they had not arrived yet. I called the office and was told without any apology that they got stuck on a job and had no idea when they will get to my house. I mentioned POLITELY that this ruined my morning and asked why could i have not gotten a call that they are running late like ALL other service companies do today. She reacted as if i am from another planet. I looked it aside and said let's try make this work today. They can call me 15 minutes before they arrive at my house and i will make sure to be home. This is normal business practice today. I received a call later from a man who i assume is the boss and was told that i treated his secretary like she is an evil person and i should look for someone
