Keith is not reliable. We hired him at $90 per month for weekly cutting. That was fine at first. We liked the service, gave him a cash tip each visit. After a month or two, he informed us that we would need to pay $120 per month for "preferred customer service" to keep our current schedule. Ok. But no more cash tips. Then suddenly he didn't show up. We called him, since he hadn't contacted us. He informed us that we were now on a " winter schedule", and he would only cut the grass twice per month! No discussion, no call from him. He simply decided that our contract would change. Twice monthly is not frequently enough to keep our grass from looking shaggy. Now it's November. He was here once, early in the month, and has not been back. He won't return a phone call. Yet he charged

He has been taking money out of my account for over two years I have asked several times for him to stop I sold the property in November two years ago.ibgave him two months notice.will not return calls texts or emails. I'm filling suit against him.to recover my money

Service was good but he disappeared at the end of October and now I am out $200.00 I can't contact him. He also couldn't hold to a schedule. There was always something happening in his personal life. I would not recommend him.

I just found out Keith died in November and I was charged $140 x 3 months for service I did not receive, His phone is disconnected I would like a refund please Thanks Kathy Nelson
