Did not perform adequate cleanup after roof and gutter install. Found 4 nails on deck and got flat tire from roofing nail. They will not reimburse you for tire repair “because you could have picked up that nail anywhere.” I think that is unlikely and rude to me on the phone.

Barnes has amazing office staff, their field employees are knowledgeable and understanding, and they do impeccable work. I thank them infinitely, and will always recommend Barnes for any roofing needs!

I had a few shingles blow off in the recent windstorm. Was pointed to Barnes by a few coworkers and was very happy with my experience. They were able to fix up my roof on the spot for a very reasonable price. They also gave me a little direction to take care of some other issues to help get a little more life out of my current shingles. I will use them again in the future.

We had a leak somewhere that stained our living room ceiling. We had 2 roofers who came before Barnes. One wanted to charge us $300 to caulk a place where he guessed it was, one shrugged & said he didn’t see anything. The gentleman from Barnes is the only one who wanted to see in the attic & said we WILL find this leak. We SO appreciate that attitude & that he did seem to find the culprit & repaired! We will never call another roofer if/when we need one
