He gave me multiple options to move forward w multiple prices. I picked 1 that was best for us & he had a guy here the very next day completing everything. Very happy with Paul & his business. Excellent interaction with Bryson! I’m considering having my garage door tracks moved up in order to gain additional ceiling space. The first couple of local companies weren’t interested, or wouldn’t do it unless I bought a new door. Fortunately, I ended up calling Heartland Door and Window! Bryson was polite and was at my house within 2-hours for a free quote. He was very knowledgeable and personable as he got the measurements and information that he needed. He noticed a little bit of light coming through the bottom of my door and asked if he could level it for me before he left. He didn’t charge me for that very quick task, which tells me a lot about this company! I’m looking forward to my quote, and even if I decide not to move forward with this project, they will be my first call the

Paul was over the top helpful in getting us the new Liftmaster and setting it up. He was so patient when we had to utilize the help support during the set up process. He didn’t leave until we were completely comfortable with the My Q app and how it worked. Hands down best garage door company we ever used!!
