They really are "top notch." We have use a couple of other tree services. Top Notch is in a different league. They knew what they were doing and worked efficiently. They did a great job of cleanup. Their equipment was sized for the job. It was clean and in good repair. The owner treated the employees with respect. They gave us professional paperwork. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Without a doubt, this team is very knowledgeable, wonderful with communicating and assuring the job is done as expected. They were able to remove two very large trees in very tight quarters with structures, electrical lines, fencing and landscaping all within 10 foot or less of the trunks with precise skills in lowering branches without any damages to the area. They are responsive and completed the project as promised, on time and with 100% care for the customer. I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with Top Notch Tree Surgeon. I would not recommend their services to anyone I know. I had 2 trees taken down by them and once cleaned up discovered damages to my sidewalk, step and driveway. I immediately contacted Spencer about the issues and he ensured me that he’d take care of it. I was told the ENTIRE portion of broken sidewalk would be taken out and completely replaced with new rebar and concrete (which you can see did not happen). The “patch” job on the step did re-stabilize the hand railing but I’m not impressed with the appearance of the work. The damages to my driveway were not fixed or even attempted due to it “already not being in the best shape”, which was true for portions of the driveway, but the damaged area was intact before their

Spencer is professional and shows up when he is says he will. He was unfazed when I pointed a massive walnut tree trunk that needed to come down. He and his crew took down the beast and made a dangerous job look easy. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Worth every penny. I'm keeping his phone number handy!
