Sat on hold for almost 35 minutes for only a lady to come on and say hold for one more minute please then sit on hold for another 20 minutes. Screw that I'm going somewhere else.

**ACTIVE SCHOOL ZONE” Just watched a marked company truck fail to stop at a red light. Middle and high schools were dismissing. Buses, kids, and cars everywhere. Not to mention I was the car this idiot pulled out in front of causing me to slam on my breaks. Makes sense why there are so many crosses of the lives lost at this intersection! For people like this!!

Good luck trying to call in an order! Every time i need to call, I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get someone on the phone in the sales department. But every few minutes on hold the call gets routed back to the operator that just tells me they're busy! Oh well I'll drive to the other side of town for better service even if I have to pay a little bit more but I can get the order placed and taken care of ASAP!
