This man John is not only a liar but a scam artist. My wife and I recently bought a home that needed work done on the back of the house. Our house was sagging at a canterlever in the back where our kitchen sink sits. It was also causing damage to the header of a window underneath it as well as some rot from water. He quoted me i agreed to the price and all he ever did was take the existing deck down. We wanted to put a new deck up after the other work with the rot was completed. He had claimed once he saw the damage after taking down the original deck that we might have to go through insurance because this job might cost more.
