Barrco Plumbing Supply

I prefer to support small businesses, but I won't be returning here due to the poor Customer Service. The counter person was unhelpful during my phone inquiry and again when I came in. He seemed disengaged and reluctant to assist. While I understand everyone has off days, this experience has led me to choose a different supplier. I'm certain I'll receive better customer service. Anything will be better than what I received.

Its a decent business. Has been there as long as I can remember. Prices are fair. Selection is good. Ive been here 4 times in 5 years. So take that into consideration. If youre a plumber you'll probably like this place alot. Fast in and out service. If you're not knowledgeable or dont know what you need, dont expect any hand holding. Customer service is passable. Not good, not horrible like some of the reviewers suggest. Take a look at the business replies to customer feedback and thats pretty much the vibe. Just know what you need beforehand and you'll be straight.

Due to my local plumbing supply companies being closed on Saturdays, I found this Philly gem using Google. Just an amazing place that one is open when you need them. Two has great customer service and support. Three has top quality products . And four has good prices. I was able to park right in front too. Five STARS!!! Cause I can’t give them six. I’ll be back! 😊

We run a 5star service heating cooling plumbing company in Philadelphia to take care of our customers in area we work with all plumbing suppliers I've personally been using Barrco plumbing supplies for years thay always have what we need and are very helpful I definitely recommend this place Our installation we did in Bala Cynwyd had to send my technician thier more than once and thay had it available

Great selection of stems. I found the ones I needed. Other plumbing supply stores recommended I go here.
