The attendant it was super rude after I asked to park my car and didn’t know where to put it and if he would take my car or I needed to drive myself into the spot. Then they had a sign saying they need people to work, I asked and he said what the f**k I wanted (literally like that), I asked if they needed people to work there still and he said that not for me because “HE KNEW” I didn’t have experience, just by “looking” at me (even didn’t know that it wasn’t for me) and started to laugh about me. Never comeback to this place, and you shouldn’t either, sketchy, people are rude, always dirty and overpriced, they say is one price in the sign but it ended up being a lot more.

Cleanest Garage ever & the attendant was extremely friendly & helpful. He helped me with directions where I was meeting friends. When I returned later on, I was greeted warmly and my car was brought to me promptly. I will definitely be parking there again as it’s very conveniently located in the Village. Had an excellent experience.

Do NOT use this garage. I started as a monthly 9/1 to get a guaranteed parking spot closer in my neighborhood. Only managed to be there for 6 days total between then and now, and yet Valerie—without starting with a “hello” or an “I’m Valerie, the owner”—complained on my fourth day there (two days ago, 9/22!) that she “makes her money off transient parking, not monthlies” and that I “need to be charged more.” I explained that she’s made more money off me as a monthly already than if I were paying by the day, (a result of my busy freelance work schedule requiring me to drive to Brooklyn all this month… and also because the garage doesn’t open until 7am—I had to street-park in front of my apartment each night, since I needed to leave each day before 7am… another inconvenience.) She stopped

I used this garage to park my garage monthly for a year while I lived near by. The team working there - Raymond, Tony, and Chavez specifically during the week, were so nice and caring. The car was always ready to go for me at the time requested (5 days a week).

I cannot praise this place enough! Impeccable service, spotlessly clean, and an incredibly efficient parking garage. Attendants are always friendly and helpful. It’s well-lit, secure, and the parking spaces are generously sized. A truly five-star parking experience – I won't consider parking anywhere else when I’m in the city!
