Barstow and Sons

I used to trust this company, but my latest experience has been nothing short of awful. They installed my Mini Split system a few years ago for $22,000, which I paid in full without any problems. Later, they offered me a warranty program. I agreed, signed up, and paid that in full too. Out of the blue, invoices started showing up for $550. On May 23rd (see attached photo of the call), I phoned them to get clarity. I explained that I thought everything was already paid, and the representative confirmed it. She said the invoice was auto generated, told me to ignore it, and assured me the account was settled. Naturally, I thought the issue was closed. Fast forward to today, and I get a letter saying that same $550 was sent to collections. No courtesy call, no follow-up, just sent straight

As a contractor it’s imperative that I hire folks I can trust to do the job correctly the first time. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Chuck and his team. They are very professional and honest and I would not hesitate to use them again for all my HVAC needs. Having the service contract has saved us $100s on repair work.
