I had three gentlemen come in to work on my Wi-Fi Internet from BARTEL the 3 workers were LANE, BLAYNE and ELI, they did stellar work. They were very professional and conscientious of my safety and my well-being for making sure that it was a perfect install for my security system. They’re very helpful and very thorough and explained everything to me. I couldn’t ask for anybody else that would be better thank you so much guys. Love you. I would highly recommend Bartell to help connect the Internet system for Dobson. Thank you guys.

Micheal, Trace, & Zack went above and beyond for me today. Had a wave installation scheduled and the original installers had wires everywhere on my kitchen counter (job supposedly completed). Had called to cancel wave and have them come pick up the equipment due to the eye sore. Micheal had called and asked to come take a look before canceling. They spent a majority of the day routing the wires through the attic and down behind my tv. They were super nice, took their time and had patience. 100% helped calm my nerves and made things right.

Never met someone so unprofessional (STACEY). Did work at my hotel lot of stuff was damaged was damaged sidewalk, water lines. Then proceeds to tell me those cracks were already there. Until pictures were shown that they were not there. They slave drive their employees. Probably underpay them. Can't even afford a shovel for them yet alone a drill to mix concrete. They give him a stick to mix concrete with. Took them 2 day to hire a plumber. And messed up my yard. Driving there heavy equipment on it.

Bartel came into our yard to do work for the neighbor when they left our tent was destroyed. Called them out about it and basically called me a liar. The tent was up and in good shape before they got there this is what it looks like after they left. If I could leave zero stars I would. Halloween comes quick and this was goibg to be part of the haunted house. Time is precious so this has set me back weeks. He basically said the tent was poorly made. If you use wave for internet hookups please ask the servicer not to use Bartel for the work to be done because they are unprofessional,rude, and will deny any wrongdoing.

Not even using there service but they parked there trailer in my yard and it’s been there for hours no on asked or even left a note.update . They finally came to get it and this dude was extremely rude when asked about why the trailer was left with no communication.
