He has the knowledge, education and 20 years of experience, so nothing comes as a surprise to him. He also has a propensity for detail. Tom's expertise in boiler systems was very obvious as he explained what was happening with mine. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and didn't mind answering all my questions.
