I hired Westmen Builders to roof a house with two shed dormers with a 1:12 pitch. Cory was extremely professional throughout. His communication was excellent, his crew showed up when he said they would, and they did a quality job. He did the job as stated on the contract. I got a couple of other quotes for the roof that all came in about the same, but for the same price he put a rubber roof on the dormers, replaced a couple of pieces of rotten decking, and put on new gutters. They did a thorough cleanup . I've bought four roofs in the last three years, and he did as good or better as the other roofing companies for a better price.

Great experience over all. Had a complete three layer roof tear off to include cedar shingles, patch and reroof in 3 days! Amazing work. Clean. And extremely affordable. Will definitely be using Cory and his team again. Thank you Westmen!!

Westmen Builders claims to be members of Milwaukee Builders Association (MBA) and National Association of the Remodeling Industry. They are not active members of either group. Westmen Builders sub-contracted my residential house roof replacement. They did not honor their contract as written which includes the following: 1) Westmen Builders did not bring shingle samples prior to job until asked 2) Contract states 6 feet of ice and water shield to be used. They used 3 feet until I stopped the crew and made them fix it. 3) They did not use W-valleys. 4) They did not properly vent my roof as stated on the contract. Soffit venting or gable venting will still need to be added. In addition, the project ran $1,020 over the contracted amount due to the sub contractor improperly removing two skyli

Cory and his crew did a superb job on replacing our roof. We appreciate all there hard work and the fact that they did the job in a timely manner. We would recommend Westmen Builders.

Had them do a roof on home and garage 4 years ago. Did a good job however shingles blew off roof and he (cory) makes appointment and never shows or calls back to fix the problem.
