I had a wonderful experience working with Bartlett Tree Experts! Anthony stayed in contact with me through the whole process and was quick to answer any and all of the questions I had. The other employee of Bartlett Tree Experts where courteous, prompt, professional, and very respectful. Great company to work with! I definitely recommend!

Exceeded expectations- again! This is my 3rd round of tree work for my home & 2nd time using Bartlett; each time I’ve gotten multiple estimates. Bartlett comes in about the middle of the range, but are the best value for the price. Their crews know their stuff, are efficient, safe and leave the grounds clean. They’re not as cheap as the guy with a sign on a telephone pole, but won’t leave you regretting you hired that guy. Also, some patience & understanding at how overloaded these types of services are in summer months goes a long way for a good relationship- there could be a delay in response time.

We’ve used Bartlett in the past and their tree arborist trimmers are excellent. However the sales person assigned to us is quiet frankly a liar. He said he came to our property for the estimate and he didn’t as we were home the whole day. He was very unresponsive we had to contact him multiple times because we wanted to go over the concerns with our job. When we did get him here to look at the job we wanted a quote for clearing some vines off of one tree and he clearly didn’t want to and said oh that will be expensive…when pushed he $4,000! We went with another service and they did that for $200! Additionally when we signed the contract and he gave us a timeframe if when they would come to remove the tree only - they never showed up and blamed us for not confirming we wanted it done…that’

I asked for a quote and they came out. They gave me a price for removing 27 trees, on that was greater 3 feet in circumference. Total bill was $2400. I very very good deal! They gave me a week they could do it, they were there. Went very smooth and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I will be having them do it again.

Avoid this company if at all possible. I had them come out give an estimate on removing 6 trees on my property. I received a quote, signed it, sent it back, and have spent the past month trying to get an update on whether or not they can do the job. I am incredibly disappointed and would strongly advise that others look to do business elsewhere.
