Bartlett Tree Experts

I don’t usually write a review. But I witnessed these guys working on a hot New England summer. And wow. I was impressed. Professional, safe and a job well done. From the work I witnessed I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Company. In addition, I called to get some additional information and the office staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

We’ve been using Bartlett for several years on our 1/4 acre. Never disappointed. Our arborist rep, Chloe Poole, always responds quickly, analyzes the problem, sometimes simple, other times not, & then sees to it that the task, be it treating a disease or merely pruning, is done by skilled workmen & women, promptly & efficiently without disrupting or damaging surrounding flora. Highly recommend.

I have rarely reviewed a business but Bartlett deserves a shout out for excellent service. Matt Shields is my rep. First, we hired them for a trim job for a tree encroaching on our house. The workers were nice, neat and pretty impressive up in that tree. Ironically, they trimmed the wrong branch but I told Matt and they were back ASAP to trim the correct one. To me a good business is not one that doesn't make mistakes (we all do) but one that handles things well when they do make them. Second, my family decided to get chickens for fresh eggs as a project during the pandemic. I thought wood chips would be great for the coop. They dropped off a pile in my driveway today giving me as much as I wanted FOR FREE! Good customer service. Safe neat work. Thanks Matt and Bartlett Tree Experts.

We have been very impressed with Wes and the team at Bartlett. Unfortuantely, we had a large limb on our beech tree fall, and do a lot of damage to a car and it could have severly injured someone if they were under it. There already were 3 dead trunks that we were planning on removing, and this one falling forced our decision to take down the tree. Throughout the process Wes was veery helpful, and understanding regarding our dismay at the loss of this 150 year tree that was a cornerstone on our property. The team came when they were supposed to and were very professional; even cutting pieces of the tree for us to use to make bowls and a coffee table. I will definitely hire them again.

Bartlett has been treating the trees and shrubs at my parents property for the past year and we are are very happy with the results! Our Rhododendron shrubs are packed with buds and we are looking forward to seeing their flowers this coming year.
