We had such a great experience with Optima Home Improvement! They helped us finish our entire basement and add a full bath, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was super efficient, worked fast, and were all very kind and respectful of our property. They finished the project on time and on budget, and were very reliable. We hired Leo and his team to build a roof over our exterior basement stairs. They were great from start to finish! He responded quickly and was able to come right out for a consultation. Leo and his crew converted part of our unfinished basement into a beautiful bathroom and laundry area. The pictures show the wonderful job they did! The basement had low ceilings, but Leo made the place feel luxurious and spacious. The shower is particularly stunning, making us feel like we’re at a fancy hotel. We have use optima Home improvement twice and plan to use Leo again. Our first project, we hired Optima Home Improvement to remove our bulkhead and construct an entryway for our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. This project took a few days, and they communicated through the entire process. Our second project was the shower in our basement. We asked him to fix and waterproof the walls so that later on we could tile. I don’t have a before picture but it looked terrible and absolutely not what shower walls should look like. He finished his project in one day and it looks phenomenal! Leo’s communication was exceptional, ensuring every detail was addressed.
