When I called and spoke to John, he was friendly and informative from the start. He scheduled me as soon as possible. On the agreed day and time, he and Berk came to evaluate my house. I understood quickly why they had such great reviews! They met me at the door in a warm, friendly manner. I had a great experience with a team from Healthy Duct today. I am a new homeowner and I wanted to get my ducts cleaned after moving in. They were punctual, polite, professional, and performed quality work. They are NADCA certified and took care to explain how what they were doing was in alignment with those rules. They document everything very well so you can see the before and after results of their work. They also took time to show me a few minor issues with my air handler, which is outside their scope, but that I should look into. This is a company that seems to truly care about their customers, not just as as a source of revenue, but as human beings - very rare these days.
