Called Basalt to make an appointment to have our septic pumped. I talked to a "real" person (Tara), not a recording. She was very nice and schedule a day for Levi to come out. Levi came out a week later. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable. He dug out the lid, cleaned the tank and put the dirt and grass back in a timely manner. Couldn't tell he was there. I'm selling my home, and 10 days before my move the inspection report came in. I was told I needed my septic pumped ana that I had a leak under one of my sinks. I had used Basalt to replace a main water line about five years ago and they did an amazing job. So I reached out again. I was frantic about the schedule, they worked with me and had all the issues taken care of. I also had the reports needed to close on my house emailed to me within a day. I highly recommend them!
